Ms. Sim Wen Yee is the Founder and Senior Partner of Messrs Sim & Rahman, Advocates & Solicitors, a firm started on December 1st, 2014. She specialises in Wills, the Grant of PROBATE (GP), Letter Administration (LA), Estate Administration, Property & Company Law, with more than 10 years of experience.

Josephine began the early years of her career working in, and thereafter managing the corporate secretarial department of a full-serviced law firm in Singapore. Her strong interest in finding the best solutions for her clients led her to the trust industry where she has spent 10 years and counting in private trust companies and bank trust companies such as Citi and Deutsche Bank in Singapore, serving ultra high net worth individuals and families globally. 


Client servicing has always been Josephine’s strong suit, having spent years honing her trust knowledge and skills to leading teams to meet and exceed client’s expectations. She has worked with tax advisors, lawyers, bankers and other trusted advisors of clients to deliver the best fit solutions for clients, their businesses and their families.

Presently, in her role as Key Accounts Director, she collaborates with her Tricor Group colleagues and partners particularly in the ASEAN countries, to support her key clients. Whether in their business growth and expansion, from start up to IPO and beyond, to the clients’ private wealth structuring, from private
family trusts, charitable vehicles, employee share options and ownership schemes, to family office advisory services.
